Research opportunities at Tottori University for non-Japanese applicants for MS Program
Tottori University accepts a few non-Japanese students for their research work in the study fields within the framework of the MS Program: environmental soil science, water use engineering, plant breeding, plant physiology, agronomy, plant production, conservation informatics, climatology and meteorology.
Should you pursue your research work at the university, you need to take an entrance examination to be registered as a research student. The research student will be supervised by our academic staff. The entrance examination will be by assessment of your submitted documents. The entrance examination, admission and tuition fees are as follows:
Entrance examination fee: 9,800 JPY
Admission fee: 84,600 JPY
Tuition fee: 29,700 JPY (per month)
N.B.: The fees are revised annually. The fees will be waived for students from the universities/institutions listed below, with which Tottori University concludes the Academic Agreement and Memorandum of Student Exchange.
